The ZHT431 is a three-port adjustable shunt regulator with excellent temperature stability and an output current carrying capacity of up to 100 mA. The appliance offers an extended operating temperature
range from -55°C to +125°C.
The output voltage can be set to any voltage between 2.5 and 20 V by selecting two external splitter resistors. The devices can be used as an alternative to zener diodes in a host of applications
that require an improvement in zener performance.
