This set of useful single-core connectors is ideal for applications in which moisture or adverse environmental conditions play a role, such as telephone wires or door intercoms, or in harsh industrial environments for test and measurement, signal and control applications. Due to a gel filling of the connector, the contact is optimally protected against liquid media in the long term and ensures a secure connection of signal wires or for voltages up to 75 V/DC or 50 V/AC. The cables are stripped during the crimping process and the electrical contact is established. During this process, some gel may escape from the terminal - which depends on the diameter of the cables used and is completely normal. Parallel crimping pliers for wire connectors is ideally suited to crimping. The correctly established connection is mechanically strong, resistant to moisture, electrically safe and shock-resistant.
