Now carefully apply the WISPS one after the other below the lash line, just away from the waterline. Start at the outer corner of the lash line and work your way to the inner corner of the eye. Place the WISPS directly next to each other to achieve a seamless transition.Step 3: Dab a thin layer of SEAL under the WISPS to remove any sticky residue and secure the WISPS in place.
