Kotetsu Mark II TUF Gaming Alliance
In collaboration with Asus, Scythe presents the TUF Gaming Alliance version of the Kotetsu Mark II CPU cooler. Design elements, such as a top plate with the TUF logo and the well-known pattern, as well as a 120mm RGB LED Kaze Flex fan with matching yellow decoupling units connect the cooler optically to the remaining TUF Gaming Alliance components. Four nickel-plated heatpipes round off the overall picture and convey an attractive and valuable look.
The heat sink is compact and designed for maximum compatibility. A height of only 154 mm, the asymmetrical structure of the heat sink for maximum memory and graphics card compatibility as well as an optimized and user-friendly mounting system form a convincing overall concept for mounting in almost any standard housing.
H.P.M.S. Hyper Precision mounting System III (III)
The Kotetsu Mark II uses a revised version of the secure and easy-to-use Hyper Precision mounting System. A pre-assembled mounting bar facilitates installation considerably, while spring-fitted screws ensure a balanced contact pressure. In combination with the revised backplate and rubber/plastic standoffs, the system offers a simple and convenient installation process as well as compatibility with all current sockets including AMD®s AM4 and Intel® s LGA 2066 platforms.
Kaze Flex 120 RGB PWM fans
In order to guarantee a high level of smoothness and a service life of an average of 120,000 hours, the Kotestu Mark II TUF uses a PWM fan from the award-winning Kaze Flex range. Sealed Precision FDB (sealed Precision FDB) fluid storage reduces friction and wear to a minimum thanks to a special oil film. Rubberized support surfaces have a decoupling effect and prevent the transfer of vibrations to the heat sink. Eight RGB LEDs arranged in a ring around the fan motor illuminate the translucent fan blades.
Asymmetrical design and low height
To ensure maximum compatibility, the Kotetsu Mark II TUF's heat sink is not centered directly above the base plate, but is slightly offset to the rear and side. This asymmetric design allows full use of the entire memory banks and leaves enough space for large-format GPU coolers. With its compact height of only 154 mm, the Kotetsu Mark II fits easily into all common standard PC cases.
