Description
With the Homematic IP dimming actuator for brand switches, the existing luminaire system can be easily integrated into a Homematic IP Smart Home system. Thanks to its compact design, the dimming actuator fits comfortably in standard flush-mounted sockets. Already existing switches can be replaced with just a few simple steps if, in addition to the phase, a neutral conductor is also available in the flush-mounted box.
Since the actuator is a phase section dimmer, it is particularly suitable for classic incandescent lamps, HV halogen lamps, NV halogen lamps with electronic transformer, for dimmable energy saving lamps and dimmable LED lamps. The maximum switching capacity is 80 VA. Immediately after commissioning, the light output can be dimmed comfortably in 0.5% steps via the free Homematic IP app. Of course, the classic operation by wall button is also retained.
Due to the numerous adapter plates available, the dimmer actuator can also be used in the most common switch designs of Busch-Jaeger, Gira, Merten, Berker, Jung, Düwi and Kopp. The standby power consumption is low 0.4 W.
