The use of the remote ventilation control FTW 510 with a remote temperature system means that the ventilation system can only be used if the oven or the combustion sites are not running or are cold.
A transmitter in the exhaust gas temperature monitor checks whether the oven is running or is off, and sends this information wirelessly to the receiver. This only releases the power supply for the ventilation system when the oven is off.
