Sea algae and a sea salt concentrate have an intensely hydrating effect for a refreshing cleansing experience.Application: If needed, first remove eye makeup with Dr. Spiller Eye Makeup Remover. Dab Hydro-Marin® Cleansing Foam (3-4 pumphIbe) onto face, neck and décolleté, emulsify with moist fingertips and then remove with lukewarm water. Then tone the skin with cotton pads soaked in Hydro-Marin® Freshener.
