To apply the ALL HOURS CONCEALER, use a makeup brush or fingertips. To highlight, choose a lighter shade. To create a contoured look, use the narrow side of the Precise Angles applicator to draw a line from the tip of the nose to the corner of the mouth. Use the wide side of the applicator and draw a line from the end of the cheekbone. Connect the two lines and blend the concealer with a brush. To create an even complexion, apply the concealer to the entire face using the wide applicator side. Then blend.
