The ICUSB2324852 2-port USB to RS232/RS422/RS485 serial adapter with COM storage allows any type of serial device to be connected to a USB-enabled computer for communication via an RS232, RS422 or RS485 port. The adapter has a 9-pin connector (DB9) and a 5-pin terminal strip with serial connector and a DIP switch for easy configuration with minimal software requirements.
The adapter also supports the simultaneous use of 2 ports with different protocols, such as RS-232 on port 1 and RS-485 on port 2 or any other combination. For a convenient and tidy installation in the office or industrial area, the RS232/RS422/RS485 USB adapter can be mounted to a wall and powered via the host USB connection.
