Shades EQ Gloss can be applied with a tray and brush or bottle and diluted with Crystal Clear to reduce intensity or adjust shades. Leave on at room temperature for 20 minutes - up to 40 minutes for gray hair. For resistant hair, leave on for 15 minutes with a plastic cap under preheated warm dryer. Remove cap and leave to cool for 5 minutes. For resistant gray hair, leave on for 20 minutes with a plastic cap under preheated warm dryer. Remove cap and leave on for an additional 20 minutes at room temperature. Then use Color Extend shampoo and conditioner.NOTE: No other developer can replace the Processing Solution. This would lead to unpredictable results.
