Homematic IP radiator thermostat - compact plus
The Homematic IP radiator thermostat - compact plus, with an especially long battery life of approx. 7 years, actively helps save energy within the Homematic IP smart home system. The tamper-proof controller replaces existing radiator thermostats and enables energy savings through demand-based heating.
The heating thermostat is easily mounted on valves with M30 thread via the metal nut. No intervention in the heating system is required. Due to the particularly long battery life of up to 7 years, the radiator thermostat requires very little maintenance and is especially suitable for large building units in the housing and building industry, but also for private use. The supplied disassembly protection and the operation lock by individual PIN prevent unauthorized manipulation and theft.
After installation, individual temperature profiles with up to 13 changes per day can be defined in 3 adjustable heating profiles via the Homematic IP app - so the rooms always have the right temperature. Of course, the room temperature can also be adjusted manually via the app, a Homematic IP wall thermostat or conveniently via voice command (Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant).
In combination with the window open detection, the thermostat automatically lowers the heating temperature when a window is opened to avoid wasting energy. This can save up to 33% in valuable heating costs.
