Measurement of the laser revolution counter takes place contact-free with the help of a reflex mark stuck on the rotating part and reflects the laser. Mechanical measurement of the rotational speed is carried out with a contact tip as a measuring attachment, which is placed directly on the axis point of the rotational movement. For speed or length measurement, a measuring wheel is placed on the adapter of the laser revolution counter.
