4 channels, 100 MHz, 1 GS/s and 12 Mpts memory depth. This oscilloscope is MSO-ready to use it also as a logic analyzer. Furthermore, an arbitrary function generator with 2 channels and 25 MHz is already integrated. All options (e.g. decoding, extended trigger functions) are already pre-installed.
The DS1000Z series digital oscilloscopes use the Ultravision technology platform, which takes advantage of deep storage and high waveform capture rates, and offers a very good cost-performance advantage. The innovative DS1000Z Plus series comes standard with a digital channel interface that can be upgraded to a full MSO with an additional logic probe.
12 Mpts memory depth
The standard 12 M memory depth (default digital channel configuration 6 M) allows the user to fully consider the overall situation and details of the waveform, and maintain the high sampling rate over time to avoid missing any waveform changes.
Hardware waveform recording and playback function
The DS1000Z Series records waveform changes and plays back the waveform as needed. This makes it easy to find any points of failure.
Digital fluorescence display
The grayscale display, similar to the effect of a fluorescent display, allows you to track even the smallest changes in waveform. The Plus model provides 16 digital logic channels, making it more convenient to test multiple analog and digital signals simultaneously and analyze logic signals easily and quickly.
Integrated arbitrary function generator
The 25MHz Arbitrary Waveform Generator combines oscilloscope, logic analyzer and signal source to enable more efficient testing.
