Description
8-port Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ Switch, IEEE 802.3at/af Power over Ethernet (PoE+/PoE) compliant, 60 W, Desktop
Save installation costs and time with PoE
The 8-port Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ switch from Intellinet Network Solutions is an excellent solution for transmitting data and power to PoE-compatible devices via Cat5e or Cat6 network cables. Equipped with eight gigabit ports, this switch provides power to access points and bridges, VoIP phones, IP cameras and more, while simultaneously delivering transmission speeds up to 1000 Mbps.
- Power and data connection for up to eight PoE network devices
- sart installation costs by transferring data and power via the existing network cables
- 10 auto-sensing ports automatically detect the optimal network speed
- IEEE 802.3at/af-compliant RJ45 PoE/PoE+ outputs
- Provides private VLAN functionality (port isolation)
- The energy-saving Green Ethernet technology disables unused ports and adjusts the power level according to the cable length
- Total Power Capacity 60 Watts
- Supports IEEE 802.3at and IEEE 802.3af compliant PoE devices (wireless access points, VoIP phones, IP cameras)
- Supports IEEE 802.3at/af detection and protection against short-circuit, overload and overvoltage
- All RJ45 ports support Auto-MDIX (Auto Uplink)
- Store-and-forward architecture
- 16 Gbps switch fabric
- IEEE 802.3x Flow Control at full duplex
- Supports up to 4096 MAC address entries
- 1.5 MB cache
- Fan-free design for quiet operation
- Desktop Metal Case
Power over Ethernet 802.3atThis switch supports the IEEE 802.3at protocol, providing up to 31.5 watts of power per port*. IEEE802.3af- or IEEE802.3at-compatible devices connected to the switch do not require additional power, which saves significant cost and time for routing power lines and eliminates the need for a lot of cable clutter and adapters in exposed areas such as walls and ceilings. Any combination of PoE and non-PoE devices is supported, and protection against short-circuits, overloads, and over-voltages ensures your equipment is protected. For devices that do not support the 802.3at/af standard (older access points or network cameras), we recommend using an Intellinet PoE/PoE+ splitter.
Private VLANThis switch provides port isolation, also known as ''private VLAN.'' This feature isolates all ports from each other and allows access to the uplink port. This is useful, for example, in hotels where each room has a network connection for Internet access. All ports can access the Internet, but not other users. The setup is easy: Press the VLAN switch on the front of the switch and the VLAN is activated - secure port isolation at the push of a button!
Green Ethernet TechnologyA network switch rarely uses all ports at once. When a PC,...
