The removable frame is designed for use with SATA hard drives. Connection is made directly to the SATA controller on the mainboard via the SATA connector on the back. The solid aluminium housing with front fan handles cooling for the hard drive.
The “Blue Eye” LED on the front panel add a special visual appeal.
