Description
The BCN3D Glass Printing Surface is the printing plate for the Epsilon W50, W27 and Sigma D25. The glass plate is not compatible with the BCN3D Sigmax R19 because there are no magnetic feet on this plate. Borosilicate glasses are known to have a very low coefficient of thermal expansion, making them more resistant to thermal shock than any other ordinary glass.
Note: At the end of 2021, BCN3D started to deliver a newer version of the Epsilon W27, W50 and D25 with an auto-calibration. This auto-calibration uses a hole in the glass plate for orientation. In the course of this, the glass plate was replaced with a newer one with a recess in the rear area of the printer housing. The new glass plate with a hole has replaced the old glass plate without a hole.
