Whether you are connecting sensors, creating automation logic or testing new set-ups. It provides a simple and reliable interface for any smart project.
Making push-buttons and digital sensors smart (application example)
With the 5-terminal digital adapter, you can connect simple switches and sensors directly to The Pill from Shelly. Wire a reed contact to detect door openings, connect a push button to trigger scenes or webhooks, or use a float switch to detect when a tank is full or empty.
Once connected, The Pill sends any change to the Shelly Smart Control app, where you can automate lights, pumps, alarms or any action you want. A quick way to turn simple contacts into smart triggers.
Smart control for small wired devices (application example)
With the 5-terminal adapter, you can use The Pill by Shelly to control simple low-voltage outputs. Connect LEDs for status indicators, buzzers for alarms or small relays to trigger other devices. You can also automate blinds, valves or other low-current actuators by connecting them to the output terminals.
Once connected, all actions can be controlled via the Shelly Smart Control app or combined with sensor data to create smart on/off automations to suit your set-up.
