The MagFix® bearing from SEPA EUROPE consists of a plain bearing for radial positioning and a so-called track bearing for axial fixing at the tip of the rotor shaft. Simplified, a force in axial direction is used by an offset of the coils to the magnet or by a magnetic track plate to ensure the fixation in the track bearing. This keeps the bearing shoulders free and reliably prevents the oil from migrating. The result: longer service life, low noise, higher operating temperature.
