Noctua’s NT-H1 is a professional TIM solution for enthusiasts who don’t want to compromise on outstanding performance or maximum convenience: a hybrid configuration of different micro particles permits minimal thermal resistance, simple handling and excellent long-term stability.

• Consists of a hybrid configuration of different micro particles, optimised specifically for use in the PC area, delivers outstanding results thanks to extremely low thermal resistance as well as excellent wetting and distribution properties.
• Maximum convenience in use & efficient dosage
• Excellent distribution under pressure and must therefore not be applied to a heat spreader. Not only does this reduce paste consumption, it also reduces installation effort: a drop of NT-H1 in the middle of the CPU, put the cooler on top - job done!

• Reaches full performance extremely fast and does not require a prolonged “burned in” time.
• Excellent long-term stability
• Does not contain any solvents or other substances with a low flash point and has excellent long-term stability. Thanks to the excellent curing, bleeding, dry-out and thermal cycling characteristics, NT-H1 can easily be used over several years.
• Non-conductive, non-corrosive
• Features a very low dielectric constant and a high electrical dielectric strength. This means there is no risk of a short circuit when used in the PC area, even with direct contact with conductor tracks or components. NT-H1 is suitable for use with copper and aluminium coolers and is fully compatible with all common materials used in the PC area.

• Perfect for use with compressor coolers, remains effective even at lowest temperatures, easy to remove.
