Print-Optimized 9-Sheet Geometry
The NF-P12 has been specially developed for pressure-sensitive applications such as CPU coolers, water cooling radiators or housings with narrow fan grids and has excellent static pressure and excellent flow rate.
Vortex-Control Notch
Vortex-Control notch columns turbulence at the rear edge of the fan blades is divided into several particle currents, thus distributing the noise emission of the fan over a wider frequency spectrum. This makes the running sound of the NF-P12 more comfortable for the human ear.
PWM IC WITH SCD
The NF-F12 PWM supports fully automatic speed control via PWM and uses Noctua's new, specially designed NE-FD1 chip. This new PWM IC integrates Noctua's smooth commutation Drive (SCD) technology, which minimizes PWM switching noise and makes the fan even quieter at low speeds.
Very low power consumption
The NF-P12 PWM consumes more than 50% less than many other PWM fans at 0.6W. This is not only environmentally friendly, but also reduces the power bill: Compared to a typical 2W fan, they can save about half the price of the NF-P12 for 5 years of continuous operation!
Low-Noise Adapter
The NF-P12 PWM is supplied with a (L.N.A.) that reduces the maximum speed from 1300 to 900rpm. This allows you to operate the fan at a constant 900rpm or limit the maximum speed in PWM operation.
Comprehensive Connectivity Options
While the 20cm short primary cable helps to avoid cable clutter in typical applications, the included 30cm extension provides extra range for all cases. Both cables are fully sheathed and a 4-pin Y-cable allows a second PWM fan to be controlled at the same connection.
