To activate the edding window/chalk marker: Shake the marker vigorously with the cap on, place the writing nib of the marker on a test piece of paper and pump a few times by gently pushing on the nib until the ink appears in the nib.
Write a few lines on the test piece of paper with the marker.
Place the cap tightly on again after use.
