Description
The MCP1727 is a 1.5A, ceramic output cap stable, low output voltage Low Dropout Regulator (LDO) with shutdown and user-programmable delay for power good function. It is the ONLY 1.5A LDO on the market that incorporates shutdown, power good, and programmable power good delay features on a single device.
- Up to 1.5A output load current
- Low dropout voltage: 330 mV typical at 1.5A
- Output voltage from 0.8V to 5.0V, both fixed and adjustable
- Stable with 1.0 µF ceramic output capacitor
- Power good output with adjustable delay
- Low supply current: 140 µA (typ)
- Low shutdown current: 0.1 µA (typ)
