This kit is for use with the Scout™ Pro 3 tester for the following tests:
- voice cable (RJ11/12)
- data cable (RJ45)
- Video coaxial lines (F-connectors)
It can check, assign and identify in a single step, halving the time required for testing.
The remote units are numbered from 7 to 12 for easy identification.
Each remote unit has an RJ45 jack for testing data cables and an F-connector for testing coaxial cables.
AttentionWhen connecting to the RJ45 socket of the Test + Map™ ID Remote units, make sure to use the Klein Tools RJ11/RJ12 universal cable or an approved equivalent adapter cable.
Using a standard RJ11/RJ12 patch cable may damage the contact pins
