TM32H750xB devices are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core, which operates at up to 480 MHz.
The Cortex®-M7 core has a floating-point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® commands and data types with double precision (IEEE 754-compliant) and single precision.
STM32H750xB devices support a full set of DSP commands and a memory protection unit (MPU) for improved application security.
STM32H750xB devices have high-speed embedded memory with 128 KB of flash memory, up to 1 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, up to 864 KB user SRAM and 4 KB backup SRAM), as well as an extensive range of advanced I/O and peripherals connected to APB buses, AHB buses, a 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and a multi-layer AXI connection that supports internal and external memory access.
