The NH-D9 DX-4677 4U has a larger, specially adapted contact surface for LGA4677.
With its 92-mm heat sink based on the proven NH-D9L and 2x award-winning NF-A9 92-mm fans (high-performance version with 2500 rpm), which can be controlled via PWM, it combines powerful cooling performance and outstanding compatibility - perfect for 4HE systems and other applications with limited space.
The airflow of the NH-D9 is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the LGA4677 socket, making the cooler ideal for systems where the blow-out housing fans are located in this direction.
Caution:Please note that the NH-D9 DX-4677 4U is a dedicated version for the Intel LGA4677 socket.
Owing to the larger contact surface, the cooler cannot be used on smaller sockets.
Please also note that a processor support frame is required to mount LGA4677 processors and coolers.
These support frames are supplied with Intel Boxed CPUs and are available for tray CPUs through Intel sales partners.
