The 8-port GREENnet Gigabit PoE+ Switch, Model TPE-TG44g, from TRENDnet transmits data and power via existing Ethernet cables, thus reducing material and installation costs. This unmanaged switch provides four Gigabit PoE+ and four non-PoE Gigabit ports. The IEEE 802.3at PoE+ standard provides devices such as high-performance wireless access points, pan-tilt-zoom Internet cameras, and VoIP phone systems with 30 watts of power each.
The automatic detection technology provides 2 watts of data to 802.3at PoE+ compliant devices (max 30 devices), 802.3af watts to 4 PoE devices (max 15 devices), and data to non-PoE enabled devices only. GREENnet technology reduces energy costs in standby mode by up to 75%. With a total switch capacity of 16 Gbit/s, increase the working speed and fix network congestion. LED indicators show device status for easy problem resolution. This switch is housed in a sturdy metal housing and allows you to connect PoE +, PoE and non-PoE-enabled devices to your network as quickly as possible.
