Product benefits:The wind sensor boasts a compact design and various output signals. It can therefore be used for applications in warning technology, building automation and home technology. Depending on the wind sensor, a 4 - 20-mA, 0 - 10-V, Modbus or pulse output is available. The wind sensor has a star-shaped design, meaning that operation is guaranteed regardless of the wind direction.
The wind sensor is made of robust plastic and is therefore resistant to rust and corrosion. In addition, the wind sensor is IP65 protected. The design of the wind sensor also ensures that it is highly protected against high-frequency and electromagnetic radiation. The measuring range extends between 0.8 and 50 m/s. The wind sensor has a 20-m connection cable as standard. An optional stainless steel mounting kit for the wind sensor is available.
