ADR510
Designed for space-critical applications, the ADR510 is a low- voltage (1000 V) precision shunt voltage reference in an ultra-compact (3 mm x 3 mm) SOT-23-3 housing. The ADR510 is characterised by low temperature drift (70 ppm/°C), high accuracy (±0.35%) and extremely low noise (4 µ VP-P).
