This signal isolator enables the galvanic isolation of field circuits and control circuits.
The device powers two-wire and three-wire SMART transmitters and can also be used with two-wire SMART current sources.
The analogue input signal is transferred to the control side as two galvanically isolated output signals.
Binary signals that are transmitted bidirectionally can be superimposed on the input signal on the field side or the control side.
The device supports an output at the terminals on the control side in the sink or source mode.
The device has an internal resistor. Use this resistor if the HART communication resistance in the control circuit is too low.
Test sockets for the connection of HART communicators are integrated into the device terminals.
