The Sensor Special automatic wire stripper is an indispensable helper in automation technology and industry.
It precisely removes PVC / PUR cable sheathing with diameters of 4.40 mm - 7.0 mm without damaging the inner conductors or the shielding braid. In the process, the automatic scanning system of the pliers adjusts fully automatically to the different cable diameters. Stripping the cables, e.g. for the connection of sensor-actuator junction boxes, bus couplers and connectors, is thus possible quickly and safely.
The special blade structure is particularly useful for control cables, such as Ölflex®. The blades automatically adapt to the non-concentric cable outer insulation and strip the cable. In addition, the Sensor Special can strip telephone cables and also fire alarm cables in such a way that the inner shielding is not impaired. Longer cable sections can be fed through the pliers body and stripped.
The Sensor Special stripping pliers are designed for thicker cables from 4.40 mm Ø. For multi-core cables and round cables such as PUR halogen-free sensor / actuator cables with 4.40 to 7.00 mm Ø.
