To measure the conductivity (range from 0 to 2000 µS) of water and determine the purity content.
The purer the water, the lower the conductivity (distilled water, for example, is purer than normal water and has a low conductivity of about 10 µS). Especially in industry, it is important with regard to the quality of the manufactured products that the water is used in the processes in perfect quality (purer water). If the water has a high conductivity or a high percentage of impurities, the purity of the water (water conductivity) and the condition of the ''water filter'' can be tested quickly and easily with the measuring device for water quality.
