Stannol Multifix 450-01 has been specially developed for rework and repair and is suitable for both manual and automatic dispensing. The extremely low activation requires very good flux residue insulation behaviour after soldering, which makes Multifix 450-01 ideal for many applications in electronics production.
The residues of the Stannol Multifix 450-01 are quickly harden, dry and become non-sticky. They can be removed as required using the Stannol Flux-Ex 500 cleaning medium.
Application:
A sufficient amount of flux gel is applied manually or using the compressed air dispenser. The soldering temperature should not exceed 350°C. To evaporate the solvent, it is necessary to heat the entire flux volume above 100°C. Once cooled, you get a non-stick film.
