Stripping and crimping with only one tool
The Green Line is a very special tool range. The tools are made of up to 97% renewable raw materials, are recyclable and have an excellent life cycle assessment. The WEICON Duo-Crimp No. 300 can be used to strip conductors and crimp ferrules. The automatic scanning system means that no adjustments to the cable cross-section are necessary. The stripper has an optical length scale of 8 - 20 mm and is suitable for all common flexible and solid conductors between 0.5 mm² and 6.0 mm². The Duo-Crimp No. 300 insulates conductors to a length of 5 mm, thereby preventing splicing of the individual conductors. Two crimping ranges of 0.5 - 2.5 mm² and 4.0 - 6.0 mm² are available for crimping ferrules. Easily accessible side-cutting pliers are integrated into the tool, which can be used up to a cable cross-section of 6 mm² (solid conductor up to 4 mm²).
