The Klein Tools VDV826-764 Pass-Thru™ modular plugs are designed for professional Cat.6a UTP installations and are also suitable for larger diameter Cat.6 cables. The Pass-Thru™ design enables conductors to extend through the connector, allowing visual confirmation of correct wire order before crimping for precise and consistent terminations.
When used with a compatible Pass-Thru™ crimping tool such as Klein Tools VDV226-110, excess wire is trimmed flush to the connector face to ensure clean results and reduce material waste. The contacts feature a minimum 1.27 µm gold plating to ensure long-term corrosion resistance and stable signal transmission.
With 8 positions and 8 contacts 8P8C, these RJ45 connectors meet Category 6A performance requirements and support Power over Ethernet PoE and PoE+ applications in structured cabling systems.
