Fans of extreme screen resolutions can be helped even more. From equip, there are now HDMI cables available in four lengths (1m, 2m, 3m, 5m), which hunt the data bidirectional with up to 48 Gbit/s from device to device - of course only if the hardware comes along there at all.
equip HDMI 2.1 cables are fully backward compatible to older standards, but offer future proofing for upcoming purchases. New features include:
