Icom uses a special loudspeaker, which in combination with 1500 mW LF power ensures the best possible communication even in loud environments.
Rotary knob for channel selection
Up to 32 operating channels and group codes (16 channels×2 zones) can be programmed for the 16-position channel selector. The red button on top switches between zones.
Call-ring
The call-ring function can be used to call receivers using a ringer tone. 10 different ring patterns can be selected for this purpose.
Answer back
The Smart-Ring function checks whether the receiver is in communication range with a ringer sound.
Private conversation
The built-in inversion voice scrambler provides private conversation. Up to 16 codes are selectable.
