Product Description
The RGC1 is a single-phase semiconductor relay with a communication interface for controlling and monitoring the relay in real time. Ideal for any heating application where reliable and precise temperature control is critical to the quality of the final product. Typical applications include plastic machines such as injection moulding machines, extrusion machines and PET blow moulding machines, packaging machines, sterilisation machines, drying tunnels and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

- RGx1A..CM..N: AC proportional semiconductor relay, single-phase up to 660 V AC, 90 A AC
- RGx1A..CM..N switching modes: ON/OFF, pulse mode, distributed full cycle and extended full cycle, external control (via a DC control voltage)
- RGx1P..CM..N switching modes: phase angle control, ON/OFF, pulse mode, distributed full cycle and extended full cycle.
- Soft start and voltage compensation are possible in all switching modes
- Measurements and diagnostics can be accessed via the communication interface
