The Klein Tools VDV999-150 Replacement Remote is designed for use with the LAN Explorer cable tester VDV526-100. It enables accurate testing of RJ11, RJ12 and RJ45 terminated cables used in voice and data installations.
When paired with the LAN Explorer tester, the remote detects miswires, open faults and short faults in CAT3, Cat.5e, Cat.6 and Cat.6a cabling systems.
