The EX-44062 PCI Express I/O card provides two serial RS-232 high-performance UART 16C1050 outputs. It was developed to add two additional serial outputs for a PC, small workstation or server via the PCI Express bus.
The card is fully PCI-Express Plug-and-Play compatible and has no problems with IRQ and I/O address conflicts. In addition, +5 V or +12 V can be configured on pin 9 of the serial connector for a POS system (power over system). With the EX-44062, two low profile brackets are supplied.
