The PD30CTDx10BPxxIO are part of the current generation of powerful photoelectric sensors that can solve most recognition tasks thanks to the new IO-Link features. The sensors are housed in a compact ABS enclosure, with the worldwide recognised dimensions of 10 x 20 x 30 mm. The newly added functions with a focus on functionality, reliability and predictive maintenance make the sensors fit for Industry 4.0.
- Red or infrared light sensor with IO-Link and switching distance from 100 to 1000 mm, adjustable via potentiometer or IO-Link
- Immunity to adjacent devices, up to 3 sensors can be selected
- Fast and customer-specific adaptations for special OEM solutions thanks to the integrated IO-Link functionality
- Time functions can be set, such as on and off delay, on/off wiping
- Logging functions: temperatures, detection counters, power cycles and operating hours
