Product Description

GLORIA CO2 monitor with alarm sound, voice output and 10-year service life
People have been increasingly concerned about their own living environment, and not just since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. When indoors, we continuously emit carbon dioxide (CO2), which means that the CO2 concentration can increase, especially in closed rooms, and lead to a deterioration in air quality. Especially in highly frequented indoor spaces, such as classrooms, meeting or training rooms, kindergartens, restaurants, etc., the CO2 concentration can quickly become too high. At a CO2 value of over 1000 ppm (parts per million), this can be perceived as unpleasant and lead to symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, tiredness and difficulty concentrating. For this reason, carbon dioxide (CO2) detectors are already mandatory for indoor spaces in some countries.

CO2 detectors can help to monitor the CO2 concentration indoors and provide early warning if the air quality deteriorates. In this way, measures can be taken to improve the air quality, for example by opening windows or switching on ventilation systems.

In addition, they can also help to reduce the risk of infection in enclosed spaces, as good air circulation can reduce the spread of pathogens. The new GLORIA CO2 detector (GCO2M10) offers you the right solution for this and provides detailed information on indoor air quality as well as advice on necessary measures.

But when exactly is the CO2 concentration indoors too high and how can this be detected?
The new GLORIA CO2 detector (GCO2M10) is your indicator for good air quality and continuously measures the CO2 value in closed rooms using a self-explanatory traffic light system.

  • Everything in the green zone! The display on the CO2 detector lights up green and indicates that the CO2 concentration is between 0 and 1000ppm. Everything is fine.
  • A quick airing is advisable! The display on the CO2 detector lights up orange and indicates that the CO2 concentration is between 1000 and 1500ppm. Brief ventilation is advisable.
  • Ventilation is absolutely necessary! The display on the CO2 detector lights up red and indicates that the CO2 concentration is above 1500ppm. This concentration is clearly too high and ventilation is absolutely necessary
