Serial ATA III cableThis Delock SATA cable fulfils the latest standards and is twice as fast as its predecessor, with a data transfer rate of up to 6 Gb/s.
It is used for internal connection of various SATA devices, such as hard disks, controller cards or Flash memories.
The SATA 6-Gb/s interface is backwards compatible with older versions.
However, only the respective transfer rate of the older version can then be achieved.
