Adapter for the EXA-PROG programming adapter for connecting ESP modules
This adapter is ideal for programming the popular ESP-01 module with ESP8266 controller.
The 6-pin header can also be used to program other modules with ESP8266, ESP32, ESP32-S2 or future ESP controllers. Simply connect the pins with jumper cables to your circuit where the ESP controller or ESP module is located.
No buttons or switches are required to activate the ESP boot loader. When ESPTOOL is used, the boot loader is automatically activated and the firmware is started after programming. If another program is used that does not take over this control itself, the ESP boot loader can also be activated by long pressing the RESET button of the EXA-PROG and the firmware can be started by short pressing after programming.
