Monitoring hobby analog sensors (application example)
If you enjoy building small DIY projects, the 0-30 V Analog Add-on allows you to connect your favorite hobby sensors directly to The Pill by Shelly. Plug in a soil moisture probe, a light-sensitive LDR or a simple sound sensor and see the values appear in the Shelly Smart Control app.
Use them to start watering, turn on lights or trigger custom actions. The Pill simply reads the sensor output and turns it into automations that you can control.
Integration of industrial analog sensors (application example)
In professional environments, many systems rely on 0-10 V sensors to transmit critical measurements. By connecting these sensors to the 0-30 V Analog Add-on, The Pill by Shelly becomes your data bridge. It collects voltage values from pressure, flow or intensity sensors and sends them to the Shelly Smart Control app.
This allows you to automate devices, monitor process changes or receive notifications when readings are outside safe limits.
Voltage monitoring for battery systems (application example)
