Threaded inserts for your 3D-printed parts:
Using heat or ultrasound, the ruthex threaded nuts can be retroactively inserted into parts created by 3D printers, such as those from Anycubic, Creality or Prusa. The press-in nuts are easily embedded into a blind hole or through-hole using ultrasound or heat generated by a soldering iron.
Firm hold for simple application:
The geometry of the threaded sleeve means that it holds firmly in the printed part. The helical knurled nuts opposite ensure a high, balanced tightening and loosening torque and high tightening force. The guide has made insertion significantly easier.
Stable & durable screw-in threads:
The inserts with internal threads are made of brass of the highest quality, which ensures that they have optimal corrosion resistance and heat conduction properties. As a result, each press-in nut can be used for a long time, with relative ease. The screw-in threads can also be reused by carefully removing them from the printed part whenever it no longer happens to be of use.
Suitable for various plastics:
The inserts are designed for all thermoplastics, including 8PLA, PETG, ABS, PPS and PP.
