Control your roller shutters or awnings as you wish, for example depending on the time of day or weather: with the Homematic IP Roller Shutter Actuator for installation in a flush-mounted box.
As part of the Homematic IP smart home system, the Homematic IP flush-mounted shutter actuator enables automated awning and shutter control via all standard tubular shutter motors.
- Controls roller shutters and awnings automatically via the Homematic IP app, Homematic IP remote control or connected push-buttons.
- Enables time-controlled raising and lowering of roller shutters/awnings through individual configuration of a weekly profile
- Suitable for all standard tubular roller shutter motors.
- Consumes hardly any energy in roller shutter control due to standby power consumption of maximum 0.2 watts.

InstallationThe small actuator is installed in the flush-mounted box and wired to the existing tubular roller shutter motor. The screwless terminals make wiring simple and safe.
Alternatively, the roller shutter control can also be installed in surface-mounted junction boxes (e.g. ELS Spelsberg Abox 25). For example, in cellar rooms or in protected outdoor areas.
ConfigurationAfter installation, you can define individual weekly profiles, including sunrise and sunset.
OperationYou can operate the shutter control as you wish: via the Homematic IP app, with the Homematic IP remote control or in the classic way directly via the switch's rocker switch. Control with voice commands (via Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant) is also possible.
Smart highlightSecure your windows and doors by automatically lowering your roller shutters when it is dark or you are away. At the same time, you can use the roller shutter control to protect your privacy or simulate your presence.
Tip:If you would like to integrate lock-out, storm and heat protection into your smart home, simply use the appropriate Homematic IP components and the Homematic IP app.
