The EX-1188HMS-3 provides 7 USB 3.2 Gen 1 (previously called USB 3.0) downstream ports with 15-kV ESD over-voltage protection for each output. It is possible to connect up to 7 external USB peripherals to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port from a notebook, desktop computer or server in the 19'' rack. It can be used in automation, industrial and office applications. Thanks to its intelligent housing, the EX-1188HMS-3 can be screwed on to the wall, under a desk or in a 19'' cabinet (optional with EX-6099).
