Product Description

L6385ED from the L6385 family is an inverting high- and low-side gate driver for MOSFETs and IGBTs.
This half-bridge driver provides two output channels, 0.4 A source and 0.65 A sink peak current, and supports an offset voltage up to 600 V.
With CMOS/TTL Schmitt-trigger inputs, UVLO, an integrated bootstrap diode and an SOIC-8 package, the L6385ED is suitable for half-bridge circuits, switched-mode power supplies, motor control and other power electronics applications
