The BERNSTEIN ball joint vice has a continuously adjustable, 360° rotatable, and +/- 45° inclinable joint head. The upper part of the vice can thus be tilted in any direction, allowing work to be carried out in front of or above the table.
With a simple lever movement, the vise head is released in the tapered socket, individually aligned and clamped again. Without any locking mechanism, the ball clamp provides an extremely strong hold.A small lever pressure is sufficient to align the clamped workpiece steplessly in any convenient working position. The individual adjustment of the working height offers an ergonomic posture for standing work (such as drilling, sawing, grinding, milling, cutting, etc.). The interchangeable jaws of the ball joint vices are 50 mm plastic jaws for the small vise and 100 mm steel jaws for the large vise.
