The Nano Motor Carrier is the perfect add-on for the Nano 33 IoT board as it extends and powers its functionality.
The Nano Motor Carrier is designed to simplify motor control. It takes care of the electronics needed to control the motors, allowing students to focus on prototyping and developing their projects. A series of 3-pin headers can also be used to connect other actuators and sensors. The board has a 9-axis accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer on the board. It also includes a battery charger for single-cell Li-ion batteries.
To use the Carrier, simply connect it to a Nano 33 board and connect the motors you need for your project. Once it's connected, plug the USB cable into the Nano 33 IoT. Download the Arduino Motor Carrier library from the library manager and you're ready to start programming and controlling your motors using the motor drivers.
Note
If you are working with motors, you will need an external power source to power the motor drivers and run the motors. Battery connection possible or use an external power source.
